Odyssey Elevators is India’s First Electric Circular Home Elevator brand, known for innovative engineering, premium design, and customer-centric solutions for modern homes. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth in residential and luxury home segments.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client
relationships, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales for home elevators. This
role demands strong communication skills, solution selling, market understanding, and the
ability to handle premium clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Consultation
- Attend and manage all incoming leads from marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and partner networks.
- Understand customer requirements deeply and suggest the right elevator model (NOVA, ORBIT, APEX, SPEC).
- Explain technical and design options in simplified terms.
- Conduct client meetings, showroom demos, and site visits as required.
Sales Coordination & Closing
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and pricing documents.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth progress toward finalization.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team and communicate findings to the client.
- Negotiate commercial terms professionally and close sales.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure accurate site alignment.
- Maintain CRM data, enquiry status updates, quotations, and documentation.
- Support operations team until project handover (communication only—no field work).
Architect / Partner Relationship Support
- Attend scheduled architect meetings and provide product information.
- Support partner channels with brochures, specs, drawings, and pricing (no BD or lead hunting).
Customer Experience
- Maintain a premium and professional brand image during all interactions.
- Assist at exhibitions, events, and showroom activities.
- Ensure every client receives a smooth and transparent journey from enquiry to order confirmation.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong product explanation and customer handling ability
- Understanding of interiors, real estate, or luxury home products (preferred)
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Professional, customer-centric approach
- Basic proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or client servicing
- Experience with elevators/home automation/interiors/luxury products is a plus
